Base is server-only, no bot. Bundle adds the Discord bot and everything it does (whitelist, status, playtime, and the rest of the commands page). Most people who already run a Discord server for their community want Bundle; if you don't care about Discord integration, Base is the whole product.

Yes. Mention it when you reserve your spot (or reach out directly) and we'll sort out the transfer as part of setup. Onboarding is manual right now, so this is just part of that conversation, not a separate process.

The €5 reservation deposit is a real fixed checkout (via Stripe). Everything after that, ongoing monthly billing, method, and cadence, gets agreed with you directly when your server is actually set up, not a fixed flow. You can cancel any time by getting in touch; no lock-in.

You get a same-day fix from whoever actually built this, not a ticket queue. That said, this is a small, early-stage operation without a formal uptime SLA. Real safeguards exist (backups, resource limits, a world border on every server), but nothing enterprise-grade is being promised that can't actually be backed. See Terms for the full picture.

No. V-Host is operated by Virdana, a small operation, not a large hosting company. That's the actual point of "known operator": you're not a ticket number.
